Hidden beneath Sofia, Bulgaria, lies one of the most impenetrable and heavily guarded metro systems in the world. Untouched, unseen, and unexplored.

Sofia Metro Inside Out is the untold story of Errorflict, an anonymous urban explorer turned visual archivist, who spent nearly a decade slipping past security systems, outsmarting sensors, and navigating Soviet-era infrastructure that was never meant to be photographed - let alone filmed.

What begins as a dare to explore quickly spirals into obsession. From rusting tunnels and forgotten bunkers to train yards humming with danger, Error and his accomplice Seco go deeper and deeper, transforming the metro into both playground and battlefield. Along the way, they blend graffiti culture with urban infiltration, breaking into places designed to break them.

But this is more than a documentation of graffiti and urbex.

It's a confession.

Told entirely in Error’s own words, the film evolves into a raw inner journey - a story of escape, loss, adrenaline, and addiction. As the thrill fades and the risks multiply, the camera turns inward. What’s left isn’t just an archive of a vanishing world, but a self-portrait of a man caught between memory and release.
